ARMANI RESIDENCES MIAMI - DESCRIPTION
The Armani Residences Condominium will be located between Ocean Two and Ocean Three.
Details for this project have only just been leaked so limited information is only available. This will be a new collaboration between Gil Dezer or Dezer Development and Jorge Perez of the Related Group; the two developers are creating an excitement for this new concept for a new and unique oceanfront luxury condominium in Sunny Isles Beach.
The Residences by Armani Casa Miami will be designed by world famous Argentinian architect Cesar Pelli, known to Miami as the architect that designed the Arsht Center. He also designed the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which were the tallest buildings in the world when they were built and the World Financial Center, which is across from the World Trade Center in Manhattan.
Sunny Isles, the most Dubai-like section of Miami with ultra-luxurious buildings like Regalia, Porsche Design Tower, Acqualina, Chateau Beach Residences and Jade Signature, is the perfect location. In cool minimalism reminiscent of an Armani suit, Armani residences are faaaaancy. The world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, has 190 of them, which were all apparently designed by Giorgio Armani himself. Armani has long been known as one of the biggest names in fashion, but has expanded into restaurants, hotels and interior design with Armani/Casa.
